on a new challenge |

| Press Information January 2007
The famous grey, Shear H20 who represented Great Britain on several
occasions with rider Leslie Law will be returning to the competition
world, this time down the centre line. He finished 2006 with a bang when he collected the Veteran Horse Societies award for Lifetime Achievement at Olympia. Not content without a challenge, 2007 will mark the beginning of his new career in dressage, as he will be registered with British Dressage. Clare Llewelyn, who will be competing him, says their ultimate aim is to have fun and ensure he stays happy. “He is really enjoying his new life, and is extremely well at the moment. I have never done affiliated dressage before so we will start at the lower levels and hopefully work our way up. He has already taught me such a lot.” Solo’s owner Jeremy Lawton, of Shearwater Insurance says, “I am really pleased that he is still getting out and enjoying life. Solo is not the sort of horse that would be happy sitting at home – he loves going out to competitions. I am looking forward to seeing him succeed in the dressage world.” Keep an eye out for the stunning grey at British Dressage competitions from January 2007 onwards!
