Equine Register and Shearwater Insurance Announce Affiliation
Equine Register Ltd is delighted to announce Shearwater Insurance Ltd as its partner for equine insurance.
Equine Register sees relevant, appropriately priced insurance as key to underpinning animal welfare. Shearwater’s renowned service and support, coupled with its insurance products, fit well with Equine Register’s ethos, and this new affiliation brings the two industry leaders together in a bid to further promote and underpin best practice horse ownership and welfare.
Over the course of the partnership Shearwater and Equine Register will work together with other equestrian professionals to strive for positive changes within their areas of the equine industry.
Stewart Everett, Founder & CEO of Equine Register, said “Good insurance is an important part of being a responsible horse owner. We are delighted to have Shearwater on board as our partner in this area, to further underpin equine welfare and promote best practice. Shearwater shares our vision for the future within the equestrian world and is uniquely able to offer great advice, new offers and types of cover relevant to today’s owners and riders.”
Jeremy Lawton, Managing Director of Shearwater, commented “Supporting correct horse ownership and promoting animal welfare is a central part of Shearwater’s business ethos, so we felt it was a great opportunity to join forces with Equine Register, a company which is helping to improve and encourage responsible horse ownership. As a partner we look forward to joining them on this exciting journey.”
The affiliation with Shearwater is the first of several key new partnerships for Equine Register. More information will follow as it continues its affiliations with best of breed partners across a range of sectors that further promote good owner practices and animal welfare.
