I suspect you don’t realise how extremely rare it is to be able to deal with someone who’s actually helpful and does what she says she’s going to do. I now officially nominate you to run the customer service departments of BT, British Gas, Santander Bank, Vodafone and the VAT office! I think the entire nation’s health would improve if you could personally train the people in these call centres who frankly don’t have a clue and don’t care! So thank you for waving that magic wand of yours and making this potentially stressful situation so smooth.

Just wanted to drop you a line and say a big thank you for the excellent response to our horsebox breakdown in Durham last Saturday.

The Rescue Control Centre was calm and extremely supportive in spite of the poor mobile signal we were having to endure – isn’t it always the case the mobile signal is poor when you are desperate!!!
