Please find below your downloadable policy documents and Shearwater's standard Terms of Business.

In order to take your policy out we require the below Proposal Form completed and returned to us.  The editable PDF can be completed on a Desktop, Table or Smart Phone and emailed to us directly at equine@shearwater-insurance.co.uk

For iPhone users:

 - Open the PDF & press the share icon to select 'Markup'

 - Tap the Yes/No drop down options to select your answers

 - To add a signature use the pencil icon on the top right of your screen

 - To submit, use the Share icon at the bottom left of the screen and opt for Email.  Please send to equine@shearwater-insurance.co.uk

 - Tap the pencil to fill in the document and tap again to sign

 - Tap the tick to bring up the 'share' option
