Pony Ride Liability Policy Documents

Please find below your downloadable policy documents and Shearwater's standard Terms of Business.

In order to take your policy out we require the Proposal Form, below, completed and returned to us.  

Please send completed forms to equine@shearwater-insurance.co.uk 

For iPhone users:

 - Open the PDF & press the share icon to select 'Markup'

 - Tap the areas to add text responses to and input your details.

 - Tap the Yes/No drop down options to select your answers

 - To add a signature use the pencil icon on the top right of your screen

 - To submit, use the Share icon at the bottom left of the screen and opt for Email.  Please send to equine@shearwater-insurance.co.uk 

For Android users:

 - We suggest opening with Office or Acrobat apps

 - Tap the pencil to fill in the document and tap again to sign
